July was a pretty good month for CRO. I made sure to post at least 3 times a week giving me a total of 15 posts for the whole month of July.
We totaled 777 Unique Visitors with 313 return visits in July. We doubled last months count and then some which was 312 unique with 114 return visits.
My income for July was $551.79
Affiliate Referrals: $412.62
Google AdSense: $38.18
Kontera Ads: $0.99
Private Ad Sales: $100.00
Paid Reviews: $0.00
Total Revenue: $551.79
July Traffic Stats:
226 hits from Entrecard.com Users
146 hits from Digital Point Forum links
129 hits from StumbleUpon.com Users
117 hits from Various blogs, forums and sites
93 hits from Entrecard cards placed on other blogs
66 hits from Search engines (Google and Yahoo)
I had to remove the Feedburner feed because it had errors and would not load for IE users. I am looking into fixing that so we can accurately count rss hits.
Entrecard gave me 93 visits from non-entrecard members and earned me a few affiliate sales. So I am going to keep it around. Still trying to figure out the ratios so I can gain maximum credits so maybe I can place ads on JohnChow.com .
My Google PR is still at 0, not sure what I can do about that at the moment. My Alexa Rating moved from 2,620,00 to 1,154,000 this month so I am hoping it will drop even more in August. I am researching ways to get my PR up including becoming top commentor on high profile blogs and getting some linkbacks with dofollow sites.
If you have a blog, consider adding CRO to your blogroll or links.

Congrats Dude!!! Hope your revenue will be doubled in this month because you’ve gained a descent PR also… Can you post what are the keywords that attracted search engine visit to your blog?
I use a wordpress plug called ‘All in One SEO’ which allows me to select individualized keywords for each post I write. The search engines visited many of the individual posts rather than my main index. So it would be hard to list all the keywords. Feel free to view individual posts and look at the keywords in the source code.
Great job. I hope I can get those numbers some day.

Great revenue, also check your PR again. This blog is a PR 3.
Best site to check it with is dnscoop.com
Great! The PR checker I was using must be broke or something. I checked 3 more sites, including dnscoop.com and found it to be PR3.
So guys… keep posting because this blog is nofollow free and I use CommentLuv!
That is a very high $/per unique!!! Congrats on that. I would work my ass off to get more visitors if you can get the same %.

Stats look good. Care to share what affiliate programs are making you the most $$? And I don’t have an entrecard account yet what’s the difference in Entrecard users and people clicking the actual entrecards?
My biggest affiliate payouts are from BANS and Hostgator. BANS pays $44 each license sold and Hostgator pays $100 per new customer if you use Commission Junction and not their system.
Entrecard users are other users that have entrecards on their sites and find you via the entrecard.com site. They come by and drop cards and you do the same. It really helps with traffic and most have alex toolbars installed so your alexa rating improves with the visits.
The people clicking the cards are just visitors to that persons blog and sees my 125×125 ad above the entrecard bar. They are your targets that will most likely signup at one of your affiliates. Since entrecard users already have blogs, most of them have already seen or signed up for the same affiliate programs you have.
My first time visiting your site. I noticed that your online income has a steady increase over the last few months. Keep up the good work!
Very nice posts, cool blog.
That is really great that you are turning a nice size profit off this site. I think we could learn a lot… which is why your readers and visitors are growing!
Howdy, I stumbled upon your site a few weeks ago and have been through all the info slowly. I thought should write my firstcomment. Unsure of what to write but anyway. Great blog. Will come back in a while to hear more of what you have to tell me.
A few days ago I discovered your blog and have been following along slowly. I felt I would leave my first comment. I dont know what to write except that I have loved reading. Cool website. I intend to keep coming back to this blog very often. I have also got your rss feed to get updates.
