I might hold off on selling this domain and blog just now as it kind of flows into another project I have going on. I was only getting offers of around $3000 anyway, half of what WebsiteOutlook.com reported it’s worth at. I do know that I do not want to be just another MMO blog. There is already too many as is and most of them just plain suck! One of the only ones that I have found to be really useful is TheUniversityKid.com , so go check him out.
As for the domain, I just registered CROMediaGroup.com for a parent company called what? You got it, CRO Media Group (CRO = Creating Revenue Online) in which I will put all of my online ventures under. I just got the DBA (Business License) and will be opening a bank account for it soon enough.
Among those online ventures is my Craigslist company in which I have 2 employees, CreatingRevenueOnline.com, my blog and site flipping ventures and my newest blog I am working on, ThemeMyCell.com which will be providing themes for iPhones, Blackberry’s and Windows Mobile devices . I have 3 employees with that project working on themes that will be released daily very soon.
I might just turn this blog into an info blog about those programs. All with the exception of the Craigslist deal. I don’t want it to get flooded and put me out of business there.
I will be posting some good stuff on here in the future. So don’t go anywhere.

I read your posts in the wrong order and commented on your ‘for sale’ post. Good to learn that you reverted your decision and even better, you lauched more sites!
It would be great if you disclose (other than 3K) what kind of quotes people started giving and on what parameters.
Cheers,
Ajith

I have gotten a few random offers through my contact form ranging from $500 to $2000. I then put it up for sale on DigitalPoint and got offers starting from $200 and ending up at $3000 when I decided to keep the domain.
There was no real parameters of the sale. They would take over 100% after purchase and I would answer any questions about the functions, plugins and seo work I have done for the site.
That and I would hand over my digitalpoint.com and affiliate accounts that are associated with the domain. Which was a big deal for me because I use my affiliate accounts for tons of other websites, not just this one. I had to make that clear and it caused some issues with the offer.
Thanks for the follow up… $3K wouldn’t be good for all the hardwork one would have put in the past. Unless, blog flipping is your major business, you tend to put a lot of heart and hard work into your blogs, right?
Good luck!

$3000 is a decent price for a blog, but if you can get it bringing in a steady monthly income its not really worth it.
Theuniversitykid.com is definitely worth looking at. I got a good deal from that blog.
