$3000 is a decent price for a blog, but if you can get it bringing in a steady monthly income its not really worth it.

I have gotten a few random offers through my contact form ranging from $500 to $2000. I then put it up for sale on DigitalPoint and got offers starting from $200 and ending up at $3000 when I decided to keep the domain.

There was no real parameters of the sale. They would take over 100% after purchase and I would answer any questions about the functions, plugins and seo work I have done for the site.

That and I would hand over my digitalpoint.com and affiliate accounts that are associated with the domain. Which was a big deal for me because I use my affiliate accounts for tons of other websites, not just this one. I had to make that clear and it caused some issues with the offer.

I read your posts in the wrong order and commented on your 'for sale' post. Good to learn that you reverted your decision and even better, you lauched more sites! It would be great if you disclose (other than 3K) what kind of quotes people started giving and on what parameters.
