Sorry for the lack of posts this week. I wanted to make my last post, "What to do after the flip ", stayed a little bit sticky so it didn’t get buried too soon. It has tons of useful info for what to do after flipping your websites.
The other reason for lack of posts was that I have been working my butt off trying to get my other business, LayawayGuns.com , into the final phase of start-up so we can launch soon.
The big news I just read is that Jason from theUniversityKid.com is having a blog flipping contest . I think it is a great idea for a contest to not only show people what it takes to flip a website, but to also earn money from the lesson. There will be no real losers in this contest as everyone will be flipping sites and making money.
I myself will be competing in this contest and have a few tricks up my sleeve to make my team the winner.
So head over and find out what to do to signup for the contest. I will see you at the finish line.

I just realized that I read blogs from about 8 guys named Jason, Jay or some version of the name. Are you guys really the same person?
:) Naaa… Jason from TUK is from Dubai, Saudi Arabia and I am from Houston, Texas (living in Cloudcroft, NM now.) I guess it means that Jason’s are just really smart people! lol
No man, I know. I just find it very humerous.
I just noticed that you have the “alexa ratings” section empty. You might want to update that with your current info.
I think Alexa made it so it only shows up on the main page or something. Since each load counts as a hit on Alexa. So if someone hit 10 posts on my blog. It would count as 10 visits. Dunno.. I need to check into that more.
